The new owner(s) and the breeder agree to the terms of sale as they are provided in the following four-page contract:

Sugar Run Labs has a lifetime, “no questions asked” policy if you decide to return your puppy or dog.

On 07/19/2024, The above-described canine was sold to the buyer for $3,500.00. The Texas State Sales Tax of $288.75 makes the total $3,788.75. A credit of $500.00 deposit is applied, making today's payment $3,247.50, which represents payment in full, and no further payments are due.    

Guarantees

30-month guarantee: Our puppies will be free of genetic defects of Hip Dysplasia for the first 30 months of the puppy’s life.

Lifetime guarantee: Our puppies will be free of genetic defects of PRA, CNM, EIC, DM, Centronuclear Myopathy, Cystinuria, and Hyperuricosuria for the life of your puppy.

The 30-month guarantee covers only hip dysplasia.

This guarantee DOES NOT cover anything else.

If your dog is diagnosed with any of the above defects, we will pay the buyer $3,500.00 provided that the following terms are met.

If you suspect your dog is suffering from hip dysplasia, you must immediately contact Steve Mason as well as our vet, Josey Ranch Pet Hospital, and have x-rays taken of the hips (at your expense). Submit to OFA for grading.
